Example of how they use Health & Safety to commit crimes against Humanity!

For several years now, Birmingham City Council has been committing all sorts of crimes against the Irishman in the YouTube video on this site. Started off with denying him his social care needs and committing criminal damage to his property, and when you take the fact that Birmingham City Council are very aware of his medical problems, this is most likely being done for the purpose of torture.

1 of the things they were breaking, was the heating system while they were supposed to be caring out a gas safety service and signing safety certificates to say it was all safe and in working order. After leaving a bloke who is supposed to be vulnerable without heating for a whole year, they would call to carry out another gas safety service, leave it broken and not working and sign another safety certificate to say it was safe and working, then leave it like that for another year.

Originally, a lot of this carry on, could of passed as incompetence, but over the last few years things got a lot more twisted, to the extent that these crimes and far worse, were being enforced by the Police & Co.

While this man was having to survive without gas and electricity for the 1st winter, another entrapment stunt was orchestrated by a man who's name is Mohammad Jawed, (Yet to be confirmed if that's he's real name), posing as a tenant in flat 321 Brandwood Park Road, Kingsheath, Birmingham, B14 6QR and his daughter, so he could call the Police to file more false allegations against him etc. It seems this stunt was also used to trick the Irishman into allowing the NHS have some control in his health care again. Apparently the Police were concerned about this vulnerable man having no gas or electricity and wrote a letter of complaint to Kingsfield Medical Centre, who he was registered with. This resulted in a Doctor Redman writing to him with promises of resolving his health care needs. He gave them the benefit of doubt and went to see Doctor Redman a number of times and was made more promises of her writing letters of complaints to the Council and so on, but not only was there no effort made to resolve his health care needs, there's no record of her writing any letters of complaints to anyone. It seems the only reason they wanted control over his health care again, was so they could cover up these crimes against humanity and his death, had he not survived. The fact that he was left without gas and electricity, living in damp and mould conditions for 2 years, while all they did was try make his life even more impossible, proves the point.

Around the same time, this Irishman went to see his local MP Shaw and Cllr Leddy to complain about these ongoing crimes and was made more false promises that they would resolve some of the issues. Cllr Leddy was supposed to call out to the property with 1 of the top Council Officials over their contractors, to arrange to have all their criminal damage repaired and to sort out a support worker for him. To date, this still hasn't happened. Instead, they arranged for an Acting Housing Officer called Gary Parker and his side kick, probably a Social Worker to visit the man, also under the pretence of resolving some of these issues, but as per usual, they were just fishing for more information to make his life even worse. First of all, Gary Parker took it upon himself to speak with the Utility Company SSE on the Irishman's behalf and made the problem worse. If that wasn't bad enough, Gary Parker also enlisted the Fire Brigade to visit the man without any notice, under the pretence of carrying out a Fire Safety Check. At the time the man couldn't get out his front door in the event of a fire, as it was wedged or jammed shut, and to date, he still can't. It seems their real agenda was just to fill out a form about what his medical problems were and what medication he was on. He was told that it was standard during a fire safety check. The man also complained to Gary Parker about the people using the flat above him disturbing his sleep and also causing criminal damage to his property every night, and just before they broke up for their Christmas Holiday, he left the man an Anti Social Behavior form to fill out, but to date, no one has collected it or done anything to resolve these problems either. In fact the man was left all Christmas and winter struggling not to freeze to death or die of Pneumonia, while being tortured by Mohammad Jawed, his family and Co. The 1st warm day the following year, Gary Parker turned up with the Fire Brigade again, apparently this time they wanted to fit additional smoke alarms in the property. When the man questioned the Firemen about why they hadn't resolved any of the fire safety problems from their last check, he was told that it wasn't in the remit of the Fire Service to do so. At the time, the property must of been the most fire proof property in the country, as there was no danger of faulty gas or electric appliances causing a fire because the property didn't have any gas or electric supply. On top of that, the property was that damp, you probably couldn't deliberately set fire to it with a flame thrower. The only logical explanation for these bogus fire safety checks and the collection of more medical information, was for the purpose of torture.

The Irishman survived 2 years without any gas or electric, living in damp mould conditions, while they all pretended to have no knowledge of any of it, until he began trying to attract public attention to his circumstances. Then, another piss taking gas safety check was orchestrated, involving Birmingham City Council Officials, Rob Foster and another Housing Officer, plus a Gas Engineer. He tried to deny them entry, as he didn't have any gas supply and to try stop them from causing anymore damage to the property, but on Valentines Day 2017, they turned up with the Police to carry out a forced entry. There was assurances from the Police that they wouldn't let the contractor's cause anymore damage to the property, while at the same time, Rob Foster took the drill off the Locksmith, ripped the insect net from the back door, to drill the lock himself, and was allowed to get away it.

It turned out that the bogus gas safety inspection was nothing more than another entrapment stunt to deliberately provoke the Irishman and to some extent they achieved what they hoped for. Once they provoked him into trying to defend himself, they all went running off to get reinforcements. The Paddy Wagon arrived along with at least 2 more marked Police cars and an unmarked Armed Police Unit. He had more than enough, so he packed a bag, walked out, still refusing to give them the keys or allow them entry, and informed them he was going to the Irish Embassy. On his way, he was sort of talked out of it, and returned to the flat to see what was going on, to find they had all disappeared and he was locked out. He then went to the Neighborhood Office in Northfield and got the new keys from Rob Foster. When he returned to the flat, the gas was still capped off.

He thought that was the end of it for a year, but the Housing Officer and Rob Foster had other criminality in mind. They gave the next few weeks, along with 1 of their Social Workers, applying for warrants and so on, to have the Irishman sectioned. According to them, his living conditions were caused by his mental illness and he was being abusive and hostile to them when they tried to resolve his health and safety issues, so he needed to be hospitalised for their contractor's safety while they got his utilities back on and sorted the damp and mould out etc.

Some weeks later, while the man was making a mug of tea, they smashed his door in with battering rams, and the man was confronted with armed Police, ordering him to put the mug down, and then they cuffed him. There was another army of Police, Council Officials and contractors, Doctors, Social Workers and an Attack Dog present. They put him into an Ambulance and eventually, he was sectioned to the Zinnea Hospital later on that day, for his safety apparently. Again, there was all sorts of false promises made, Magistrates lied to in order to obtain a warrant, to make their crimes look legal and legit, the mans family was also lied to with promises and assurances that they wouldn't put him back living in those conditions again. The staff at the Zinnea put on more performances that they were going to provide him with proper health care again and also made more false promises to him and his family that they would resolve his unhealthy living circumstances, but it seems they were only interested in covering up all the crimes he was a victim to and breaking his peaceful protest with the British Government, regarding crimes by SSE, Energy Ombudsman, the Energy Department and the so called Extra Help Unit of the CAB.

He spent over a month falsely imprisoned again by people calling themselves medical professionals, harmful medication also forced on him again and falsely diagnosed with a mental illness for the sole purpose of passing all his complaints and allegations off as delusional again.

1 of their performances while he was in the Zinnea, was to appoint him with an Occupational Therapist to resolve his unhealthy living conditions, but again they had a different agenda in mind. Like when he was on Hunger Strike in 2008 in protest of his Human Rights and the same parties again rendered him homeless and took away his health care. 2 weeks into his protest, they sectioned him to get him out of the public eye and kept him imprisoned in the QEPH until he died of starvation or quit his protest. This time they kept him imprisoned until he agreed to allow an energy company to change back his meters, allow them supply him with gas and electric again, plus let SSE, the Energy Ombudsman, the Extra Help Unit of the CAB, the Energy Department and Birmingham City Council get away with all their crimes like stealing all his benefits out of his bank account, denying him heating and so on.

Once he agreed to allow British Energy companies provide his gas and electric again, they were willing to release him and another performance was arranged regarding the repairs to the property. A meeting was arranged between him, the Council and staff from the Zinnea, but on the day of the meeting, in stead of his appointed Occupational Therapist accompanying him, he was accompanied by a Care Assistant and a Student Nurse. They met with the Housing Officer, Rob Foster and another man he hadn't seen before, who went around taking photographs and making promises to sort the mould out, repair all the criminal damage and sort him out some compensation.

His property was reconnected with gas and electricity again and he was released. Over the next couple of weeks, his CPN (Care Co ordinator) was changed to a man called John McLeash, who used to call see him once a week or every other week, which must of been to collect more information to torture him some more, while making it look like he was providing health care, because he done nothing about the man's complaints about nothing had been done about the damp and mould, plus his front door was still smashed from their forced entry .......... The man had to go for a medical assessment for his disability benefits and John McLeash was supposed to call see him to sort out whatever medical evidence he needed to support his claim, but he never showed up.

When it became clear that John McLeash wasn't going to do anything to help sort his benefits out, he wrote to Kingsfield Medical Centre and asked them for some supporting evidence for his assessment, but all they did was to book an appointment to see Doctor O'Malley for after the date of his assessment. When he went to see Doctor O'Malley, his complaints about all his benefits being stopped because he had to attend his assessment on his own and without any medical supporting evidence, fell on deaf ears again. Doctor O'Malley just asked him if he was taking his medication. This was nothing more than another wind up and orchestrated stunt, so it looked like they were providing him with health care, on paper.

This Irishman then tried to obtain his medical records and notes to try find out what legal grounds these so called medical professionals that were nowhere to be seen through 2 killer winters, were using to force their twisted definition of health care on him again, with armed Police. He hand delivered written requests to the Zinnea and Kingsfield Medical Centres, but never got any response from the Zinnea. Kingsfield Medical Centre first responded with a request for a £20 administration fee to be paid in advance, but when he went into pay it, then their story was he had to ask or see a GP first, so another appointment was made for him to see Doctor O'Malley again. When he saw Doctor O'Malley, the story was that he had to get a Solicitor to write to them, asking for them, so he told the Doctor that he was exercising his lawful right to legally represent himself, but Doctor O'Malley still insisted it had to be done by a Solicitor, so he then asked for that to be put in writing and the Doctor said he would have to ask the manager. A while later, he received another request from them for a £20 admin fee, which he paid even though he needed it for food etc. He eventually received about 4 copies of irrelevant nonsense from them. They must have had to copy what was left over after they removed all the incriminating evidence 4 times, to make it look like they provided all his notes. It seems you even got to pay for lies in Britain these days. Kingsfield Medical Centre then stopped his prescriptions on top of everything else, again.

After attacking this Irishman in his home, falsely imprisoning him again and forcing themselves on him as his health care teams with armed Police, it seems it wasn't enough just to leave him living in damp, mouldy, filthy conditions, without medication and food etc. Around February 2018, when there was a lot of snow fall in Britain, another piss taking annual gas safety inspection was orchestrated again by Birmingham City Council, so Rob Foster and some of his fellow war criminals start there threats of forced entry again. The Irishman informed him that the safety service wasn't due until later on that summer, but Foster insisted it was due then. When the Irishman asked where was the Compensation they were supposed to be getting him, the response was "What compensation". It was clear to the Irishman that they were deliberately trying another provocation entrapment stunt, so he just ignored them, there was obviously no reasoning with them. At the time, the man was having to pawn things in Cash Converters, sell stuff and do odd jobs, just to eat now and then, plus make some money to pay for his trips to Ireland for medical treatment and medication. He received written notice of a date they intended doing their forced entry, but he was doing a job for someone that day, so he made sure he was gone before they arrived, that way they couldn't provoke him or claim he done anything hostile etc. The forced entry was supposed to be carried out on the morning of the 21/3/2018, so he informed the bloke he was doing the job for, that he would have to leave early to see if he was locked out due to this piss taking gas safety check, because he would have to go and collect the keys, but later on that morning he received a text stating that they were coming back in the afternoon, so he updated the bloke of the situation and told him he'd carry on working to stay out of their way. He returned to the flat that evening to find that they hadn't done a forced entry. Shortly after, there was a knock at the door 1 morning, so he had a quick look out the window and saw another army of Birmingham City Council, their contractor's and Police parading up the footpath again. He walked out the back door and sat in his vehicle until they were gone. They were there for over an hour and when he went back in, he found that they had moved some of his furniture and capped his gas supply off again, and left him with no heating or hot water etc. These attacks without warning against this Irishman by Birmingham City Council & Co. have been common practise over the years, orchestrated to make it difficult to have any witnesses present, so while they're all portraying themselves like saints, it's all their word against his, plus the lengths they're going to in order to make sure that he is there on his own for their Satan-tic games, plus the numerous health and safety laws they're violating to keep him in that property at the end of a walkway, proves that these crimes against humanity are planned and deliberate.

He was left without any benefits for nearly 9 months, and out of the blue he got a date for a tribunal regarding his disability benefit. He made it his business to attend for the sole purpose to get a written explanation from them as to why they left him without money for food etc., while they dragged their heels for nearly 9 months for a Tribunal hearing, but they just claimed his EESA was nothing to do with them, and they proceeded with the hearing against his wishes and while he was unfit, suffering from dehydration, starvation and being denied health care. Apparently, they had spoken to Doctor O'Malley before hand, without his permission and who wasn't even his Doctor and was one of the people responsible for stopping his medication and benefits nearly 9 months before hand. There's also the fact that if any of them attempted to speak to each other before hand, it would of probably or should of prevented the man being left to starve to death for nearly 9 months in the first place. He made a complaint to the benefits Agency regarding this matter also, but no response to that either, they just paid him some or all of the back money he was owed. After getting medical treatment in the Republic of Ireland again, he wrote more complaints to the Tribunal Service again, trying to get some sort of explanation for their carry on or lack of it, but they just sent him paperwork regarding appealing against their decision, but he informed them that he'd never give them the opportunity to put him through that ordeal again.

After managing not to starve to death, getting what medical treatment and medication he could in the Republic of Ireland, plus going without any gas supply again for another year, it was that time again, Birmingham City Council's annual piss taking GAS SAFETY CHECK. Started off with the usual piss taking letters for appointments to service his gas appliances for his safety, then the piss taking phone calls. When he questioned them about them having his gas supply already capped off, they would claim there was nothing on the system stating it was capped and they would send someone out to uncap it, like it was no big deal. He tried to ignore their provocation and piss taking the best he could, and on the 5th of April 2019, while trying to catch up on some sleep after another night of sleep disturbance from the flat above him, he was woken again by another army of Council, Armed Police, NHS, and Contractors breaking into the property again. He tried to leave by the back door again like he did the previous year to leave them to it again, but they were breaking in that way, they had the place surrounded. Once they forced entry, the Irishman was handcuffed again, then the Council's favourite Gas Engineer for these Crimes Against Humanity, Larry Williamson barged his way through the Doctor and Social Worker nearly knocking 1 of them over, in the hope of provoking the Irishman some more. They had the Paddy Wagon with them to take him away, but when their provocation failed, an Ambulance was called, and for the 3rd time, this Irishman was taken away in handcuffs in an Ambulance, to be falsely imprisoned without charge or trial.

About 2 weeks after he had gone to great lengths and expense to see Doctor's in the Republic of Ireland and get any medication he needed, he was taken handcuffed in an Ambulance to the QEPH for what they called a Medical Assessment or Evaluation, by people who had been denying him health care in Britain for over a decade. One of the usual Doctor's involved in these Crimes Against Humanity, Doctor George did his best to provoke the man with his piss taking remarks like he wasn't leaving them with no choice but to do what they did because he wouldn't engage, answer the door to them or speak to them. It hadn't worked out too good for the Irishman's welfare speaking to or engaging with them in the past, when he spoke to them the last time they pulled the same stunt, they still sectioned him, so he thought he wouldn't waste his breath as they'd just make up their own version of events as usual. Doctor George then accused him of threatening 1 of them with a knife and Doctor George got his response, but probably not what he'd hoped for. The Irishman quizzed him about how did he manage to threaten any of them with a knife if he wasn't engaging with or opening the door to them and asked which of the reasons they had him taken prisoner for, because it wasn't physically possible to be guilty of both accusations. He also quizzed them about why they all get so concerned for his health and safety every summer, where were they all while he was suffering from malnutrition and starvation for nearly 9 months, where were they all winter again while he had no gas supply. He asked them if he was being imprisoned by them again because he still wasn't dead in spite of all their efforts, like they did the last time. He got no answers as usual, just more questions, so he informed them that he was a Political Prisoner and told them to get on with their section again. They went off for a brief discussion, then 1 of them returned to ask him if he wanted a taxi, they'd pay for it. He eventually got back to the property to find they'd all still had his gas supply capped off.

These people have left this man no choice but to refuse anyone associated or employed by the British Government to have anything to do with providing his health care needs or medical treatment in Protest of the NHS involvement in committing Crimes Against Humanity etc.

It is now the 2nd of July 2020 and every single crime mentioned above continues against this man. Not only have they all left him without heating for another 2 winters, they stopped his benefits again last August, so they've left him without food, toiletries and running hot water etc. during the Covid 19 pandemic as well. As per usual, they're all dragging their heels regarding complaints etc., while all still pretending they've no knowledge of these Crimes Against Humanity being committed.

The man in the picture above is the person who dropped the lump of concrete from the upstairs window, assisted by his daughter again.

The above photo is 1 example of the criminal damage the people in the previous photos have been engaging in 24/7, nearly every day, mainly at night for nearly a decade or more, while the Police, Birmingham City Council, NHS, MP Shaw, Cllr Leddy and Co. continue to pretend they have no knowledge of any of it, while falsifying data to cover up these crimes and aiding them to continue them. This criminal damage was done around the middle of 2018.

Another example is when they arrested pensioners for travelling on trains without paying in protest of the Government taking away they're free rail travel. Police arrested them for endangering the safety of other passengers.

Update of these ongoing crimes on the 18/11/2020.

The Irishman has been left without benefits to live on for over a year so far this time. Their reasoning for this is because he won't go for another medical assessment with Capita, the company responsible for stopping his benefits the last time. Even though they still haven't resolved that issue or the problems caused from it, their logic is that it's a different medical assessment to the previous one, so he's not justified in refusing to attend another medical assessment by the same company who caused him so much harm and financial loss. Covid 19 is being blamed for the delay in responding or resolving complaints going back years etc.

Covid 19 doesn't seem to be delaying or preventing Birmingham City Council's ongoing Satantic games with their piss taking Gas Safety Checks. There's been a number of ongoing piss taking phone calls during the pandemic and lock downs. Apparently they still have no knowledge of them having the gas capped off and they want access to check the gas appliances to make sure they're safe according to law. Numerous people supposed to be Gas Engineers attending the property who also have no idea the man has no gas supply. Numerous more letters of complaints sent to the Council, Councillors and Lord Mayor, but no response to any yet.

Update on the 2/5/2021.

Out of the numerous complaints to various Politicians and Government Officials and Departments, the only response so far has been from the Police Ethics department, apologising for sometimes getting things wrong, and informing the Gentleman that they informed the Home Office of his complaints, which they have edited and water downed.

On the 1/2/2021, the Gentleman returned to the flat to find he was locked out with the the notice below stuck to the inside of his kitchen window.

After gaining entry to the property, he found that the gas was still capped off and he still had no heating or running hot water, so while other tenants of Birmingham City Council are having to go without heating and hot water due to break downs, the Council have gas engineers to break into this property for fun, while claiming they're short of engineers due to furloughs and lock downs to repair other peoples boilers etc.

Update on the 2nd of Feb 2022.

MP's, Councillors and Ombudsman's continue to ignore complaints and pretend they have no knowledge of any of these on going Crimes Against Humanity, which not only have been constantly endangering the Irishman's life and damaging he's health even more, I don't see how deliberately denying any one running hot water during a pandemic is helping to prevent the spread of Covid 19. There doesn't seem to be any limit of the amount of peoples lives they're willing to endanger or kill, as long as they can continue committing Crimes Against Humanity and blame everything on the Irishman.
